  • Limited number of reduced registration may be granted in the application order.
  • Student rate will be applied upon presentation of a student status certificate.

Payment Information

We ask you to pay the total fee via bank transfer to MTA EK (see the bank account data below) until the payment deadline issued on your Pro Form Invoice.

Please be sure to add the correct reference (IM2020_lastname_ID) to your transfer.

• Prices are settled in Euros (€) and include taxes.

• Please note, that by submission you register to participate in the conference and undertake to pay the registration fee.


Cancellation of registration to the Conference remains possible subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellations request must be send via email to info@im2020.org. Bank information details must be attached to the email.

• Cancellations received until 20 January 2020 at the latest, a cancellation fee of one hundred and fifty Euros (€ 150) will be deduced from registration fee reimbursement.

• Cancellations received after 21 January 2020 until 20 March 2020 at the latest, fifty per cent (50%) of the registration fees will be retained.

• Cancellations received after 21 March 2020 will not give rise to refund possibility of the registration fees.

The Abstract Submission Deadline for both oral and poster presentation
has been extended to 25 October 2019.


Beside key lectures given by eminent professionals, programme of the conference will include oral presentations and poster sessions of contributed papers. Professionals and young researchers are encouraged to participe and present their work related to all aspects of individual monitoring of ionising radiation.

The Conference covers all aspects of individual monitoring of ionising radiation with topics including:

• New developments in external dosimetry
• New developments in internal dosimetry
• Individual monitoring in medicine, research and industry (including NORM)
• Computational methods in individual monitoring
• Dose assessment for exposures in workplaces and homes
• Monitoring and dose assessment in emergency exposure situations
• Exposure to radon and its progeny
• Air- and spacecraft crew dosimetry
• Individual monitoring services, quality assurance
• Type testing, intercomparisons and results
• International and European standards and recommendations
• Education, training and networks on individual monitoring

To facilitate the abstract submission process, a step-by-step guide is available.

The abstract submission for each participant is limited to two Abstracts. Please note, that the person who uploaded the Abstract(s) considered to be the Corresponding author.

The Abstract Submission Deadline for both oral and poster presentation has been extended to 25 October 2019, in response to numerous requests.
